Some old footage of Tupac Shakur

Tupac Shakur interview with Arsenio Hall 1994

This guy was a running river and the waters have not been quieted. I know that the world has a problem with his genre of music or who he was before he left. However I have learned with my eyes and within my own life that things will be seen and things will happen in life. We will sit back and judge that which we see, however can we really judge when our eyes only show us a piece of the story?

The Weekend has arrived. So what are you going to do?

I know what I am going to do this weekend. Have a safe one, and leave your computer at home.

That Will Smith Camp.....

It seems that Overbrook entertainment is not taking a bow, because the show is not over. While braking down barriers with films such as The Pursuit of Happiness and this summers blockbuster Hancock. They are hard at work putting out more films that can be considered ground breaking in terms of characters and who plays them.

Samuel L. Jackson playing the role of a troubling neighbor who just happens to be a police officer seems interesting. I just hope that the film is more compelling than this trailer. I am interested but I am not completely hooked. Sam has not been sinking my displeasure in his work as of late. However he is always entertaining, and who can forget Black Snake Moan, in which I thought he did a good job on. But I am still having snakes on the plain nightmares and it is not the snakes that are bugging me.

An Ode to Black Women :::: As I promised I was going to expand my focus

This is for those out there that think that beauty has one look, one face, or one presentation. I hope by showcasing this I am able to add to the movement of bringing African and African American women as a whole into the limelight. I think all women are beautiful and would like for this to showcase a missing piece of that representation of beauty. This is something that we can not deny. The brown skin of African Women, the tension in the hair that allows it strength and it appearance that has been ignored by to many even the majority to African Americans.
