Blogging update ::: Will be back at the end of the month.

As you all know I have been out of commission for some time and I just needed to stop by to let you all know a few things. One I will be back with you soon, two I will be revamping the nation of Enterpolics for you enjoyment and daily feel of my take on the entertainment world, which will consist of new topics, sections, and ideas. I only ask of you my readers to understand that your feedback is crucial.

So for now continue to understand that the entertainment world is screwed and without my insight we will all be screwed along with it. On the serious side of things I understand what I have taken on and I want to do a better job at bringing you my understanding of the Entertainment industry. I will take all suggestions and I hope to build a community of real readers that will push me towards moving to host my Blog, elsewhere.

So as long as Movies are made crappy, superstars and B-listed fame seekers, and the production in movies is not on par with the world around it, I will be here to have my say, and in between I will give you my picks on music, movies, art, and everything else that we can look forward to.

I just want to thank all my current readers and you who stumble on by. Feel free to subscribe and keep up with my day to do. However do not expect the momentum to rebuild until April, until go through my archives to get a sense of what I have to offer.

Thanks in advance,

Hulk will bust down doors to the bank in your pockets

You guys must imagine this one. I am sitting down roaming through the internet as usual and I come across something that blows my mind when it comes to art or something like it. It is a poster that takes the cake of all promotion posters. I can’t remember the last time I cam across a promotional poster that seemed for a safe choice of words, almost out of this world.

So what is my hype about? Hulk dammit! There is nothing else in the world to concern ourselves with. Except getting in shape, but as for pure entertainment it is set. All we need to worry about is getting in shape and taking on the world as we see fit (no pun intended), will be the mission in order not to leave the cinema feeling inadequate in any way to the hulk and what he has to offer us.

Do not pay attention to the NYTIMES on this one. We are sure to find many things about the last film as unimpressive however MARVEL has recovered and will strike back. I put my money on it. If I come up wrong I will give away an old pair of my underwear. If that does not sound like a good bet then go ear paper and see me after watching the film.

Movie not to consider ::: D War - Dragon Wars

What is it with straight to video movies? Why is it that some of them are a cheap attempt at getting material into the market? With all of the great actors and screen writers awaiting the green light to do something of value you would think that you would get better quality films in the straight to DVD market.

Sitting home Saturday night I decided to go to the Redbox and Blockbuster and rent every movie that I felt needed a second chance. Once I arrived there was a slight change in plans. Thinking I was too critical the first time which caused me not to see the film Dragon Wars. I allowed the allure of cheap special effects, and mystic legend to grab my attention and I ended up with the film. A movie that at first makes you want to watch it, but as it progress you realize this movie is the remedy for insomniacs such as my self.

Forcing my mind to stay awake by switching my position on the sofa about 50 or more times, I stopped counting at some point into the film. Trying my best; to stay awake, so I could finish watching it and share with you guys. Two days went by and I was still trying to get to the end of the film, I could not get through it without, the yawn, and boredom kicking in. So I decided to see how it ended by skipping to the last 10 minutes of the movie, and I must tell you that it was a wasteful CGI attempt at an otherwise interesting concept. The CGI was not horrible, but you can tell that the acting was mediocre, and the plot had no substance to hold it together.

So For this movie, I give it a swift kick in the ass, and a what the F were the money guys thinking. I do not consider it as a film that should take up any more space on the shelves and they should hand out free copies at the pharmacy as a sleep aid remedy.

All too often you see this in film that head straight to the store and not only DVD only movies are guilty of this, rude art crime. You get films like this on the big screen as well ,that have some huge Superstar actor playing the role of the hero-victim that ends up falling short. It is, as if, Hollywood is relying far too much on CGI and not on what people go to the movies for. That full display of artistry called acting with passion and direction with vision, accompanied by producing with purpose.
However I do know that; these films are profitable or they would not otherwise exist. Hollywood has turned its head on good movies in high numbers because then what would the idiots at the academy do if they has more than 6 films to choose from for best film, or actor, from all the films that in any given year to contend for the best category nomination. Their heads would burst. So Hollywood as a business will pump out garbage as long as we allow them to. As long as our intelligence is disrespected by this lack of artistic integrity for the all mighty dollar we will be yearning for better films for years to come.

By the way, why is it that the majority of films that win Oscars; are sick, twisted, depressing in order to be up for an Oscar nomination? Some one answers that for me please.

Just so you know this film stars Jason Behr who does not seem to be a horrible actor, but needs much work and a better agent. It also has other actors that you may want to consider but the overall project sucks. Bottom line.
Here check these videos below and let me know what you think about it.

Mentalpolics ::: Sharpen Your Sword in whatever you do

I have come to realize the nature of breaking into entertainment, as one, being, degrading as any other field of interest in the world. It does not matter what you want to do in life you are going to hit roadblocks that will make attempts to prevail over you. Whether those events succeed is up to the will in each person or entity that encounters the tragic nature of these perils.

Take for instance becoming a professional in the 9 to 5 world, trying to escape bills by earning the money needed to pay them off. You end up in this cycle that can and will break you down if you do not structure the plan that will allow you to move beyond the cycle. Realizing in the beginning is crucial to your survival as to what it will take to make it past the first stages of career incubation.

Much needed preparation is needed, and often times if we do not have many plans to execute we fail. Putting in to play one plan at a time will allow you to have a reservation plan waiting in case of failure within the first.

I attacked my career with a naive misunderstanding assuming that all it will take is my drive. My will to succeed! This was not enough and I needed more knowledge and understanding that would be the education in order to take on the perils of my industry. My street smarts were not first class, my book smarts were A-, and my Network was empty. With the lack of these instruments in proper form, I joined a loosing war, with a few battle wins, that allowed me to continue, but in total a loss none the less. However without them I would have otherwise quit and not realize the potential for growth. To streamline my thought process

From all of that I have learned what is needed in order to get into the game of life. It does not vary. No matter your profession you will face a host of obstacles that I like to call politics masked in policy. What all of us call Bull Shit.

So if you plan on breaking into Entertainment, you must sharpen your sword, and get ready for battle. Do your homework always!

Earn those contacts, Network with everyone that you come in contact with no matter their profession. Knowing people goes a long way. Caution on using your network for selfish purposes make sure always that it is mutually beneficial to the two of you, so that the resource is always available.

Gather information and share it, as well as internalize it. Knowing is prosperous, and sharing it is the wealth something that is very valuable indeed.

Do not allow losses to be the winner. Loss has enough wins, just take a drive or a walk around the city you live in and you will…see it, and if you don’t, you are not going far enough. The world can reverse itself, but the world is the people, nothing else, so once you, you, and you begin to realize this, then a new tomorrow will arrive, and all will become successful at what they do. Then when you take that walk; that area that was once down, is now up.
So whether you are in entertainment, a practice professional, such as lawyer or doctor, and a person branching out into the world through education or pure entrepreneurial will. You have the ability if you have the desire, but remember preparation makes desire reality. If you fumble, get back up, the horse did not throw you off, you lack of understanding the horse was the cause of ending up in the dirt face first.
