Busted ::: DMX wants to go bankrupt by way of court cost

DMX is an a great mystery unto himself. It seems that this guy just has a nose for getting into scuffles with the law. With his recent arrest at his Phoenix area home and the speeding on a suspended license. It is becoming apparent that he would like to go bankrupt by way of spending all of his money on court appearances. With the amount of money that his lawyers bring in I would take it that the guy is broke and living off of scraps of his once promising rap career.

As of late he put out a new movie which went straight to DVD, and he jumped on the BODOG music roster in which he is supposed to drop a spiritually charged christian-Rap Album, fused with his rough and rugged rap approach.

At this point I do not see that happening properly. However I am not one to judge and nor can I. So I send out my best to DMX (Earl Simmons). Get it together dog! You do not have that many chances in life and you seem to have this penchant for using as many as you can fine just to see how many you have.




Whatever you may thing buddy. It is high time you get it together and realize you are too old for the misbehaving and your days of proving yourself are long gone. If anyone around you is making you feel as if you have to continue to prove your street cred, they are not your peoples. If anyone around you continue to buzz in your ears about being the DMX from back in the day, they are not your dawgs. So pull it together and make that next album your best album and lay off the drugs, they are rotting your brain, don't let the drugs lie to you, you are not invincible.

Random Act of Stupidity/Fame Seeker ::: Girl on MARTA

It seems this nut job I brought up yesterday, will not be getting away with harassing and elderly woman in the MARTA train in Georgia this past week. The authorities are apparently on the look out for her and if anyone sees her can phone in to turn her in.

“MARTA police were notified about this video last Friday and launched an immediate and aggressive investigation into the incident. After canvassing the East Lake Station where the suspect reportedly exited the train, we received an anonymous tip that this incident possibly occurred on March 31, 2008 between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. The tipster also indicated the suspect has been known to ride Bus Route 22. MARTA police were able to positively identify the individual allegedly involved in this incident and have secured a warrant for her arrest.”

“We want to assure the public that this is an extremely isolated incident and that customer safety and security are our highest priorities,” stated MARTA Chief of Police Wanda Dunham. “We regret that any customer had to endure such harassment while using our system. I also wish the many citizens who witnessed this incident would have contacted the MARTA police so that we could have responded to this situation immediately. We are asking that anyone who witnessed this incident please come forward to provide additional first hand information, which may lead to additional charges against the suspect. If you have any information about this incident, please contact MARTA Police Detectives at (404) 848-4911.”

Gov. Arnold unknowingly terminating jobs

It seem The Gov. of California is back at it again, or should I say doing nothing about it again. It seems that he lets the Ugly better production slip right out of the hand of California and into the hands of NYC, and once NY gets its hands on something it does not let go until all of the juices are done with.

The issue here is not the length of time that NY will have the shows production, but what it will do to all the vendors who helped keep the project running smoothly. From Dry cleaning services to food vendors, the show was bring in local monies to such services.

Anyway, a letter is being drawn up as posted on Perez Hilton, and it goes something like this:

To Whom it Should Concern

Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, Members of the State Senate and State
Assembly, Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, the Los Angeles City Council, and
the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors:

We are writing to you because we just lost our jobs. We are the 300
plus members of the crew of the television show Ugly Betty. We were
informed this Tuesday that the production of our show is moving to New
York primarily because of the 35% tax incentives being offered by the
state of New York. Instead of making good wages and paying our fair
share of California state income tax, we will all be collecting
Unemployment Benefits. In addition, we will certainly be cutting our
spending back to the bone, which will not only cut back our sales tax
contributions substantially, but it could end up costing the jobs of
the people who provide services and products to us. Not only are these
crew positions being lost; all of our local vendors are losing our
business.

Our production buys: lumber, paint, wallpaper, cabinets, other
building materials, office products, fabric, art supplies, computer
equipment, food, beverages, flowers, film, makeup & hair products,
wigs, insurance, jewelry, clothing, etc.

Our production rents: lighting equipment, sound equipment, video
playback equipment, heavy machinery, office equipment, backdrops,
costumes, furniture, scenery, props, soundstages, offices, parking
facilities, cars, trucks, storage facilities, computers, camera
equipment, grip equipment, editing equipment, drafting equipment, cell
phones, computers, toilets, dumpsters, live plants, production
trailers, tools, hardware, artwork, walkie talkies, etc.

Our production also uses the services of: dry cleaners, printers,
location companies, Special Effects companies, utilities, caterers,
payroll services, restaurants, security, Post Production Services,
Clearance Houses, etc.

When we shoot on locations around Los Angeles we pay for permits; we
pay homeowners & businesses for the use of their property, we hire
police and fire department personnel, we pay for facility engineers,
etc.

So, while the loss of our individual positions may be insignificant,
the loss of this production is staggering. Now multiply this by all the
other productions going to New York, New Mexico, Illinois, Louisiana,
North Carolina and other states with incentives, not to mention Canada,
New Zealand, Australia, Eastern Europe, etc. and the cost to the
California state economy is monumental. We implore you to do everything
in your power to level the playing field and bring our jobs back to
California by enacting meaningful incentives to keep film and
television production in our state.

So pal of Scarlett's is mouthing off and ruining my plan to take back what is mines. The source tells people that Scarlett always wanted to get married and that this is something that has been apart of her master plan.

The source went on to say, "I was just so happy when she told me about her engagement to Ryan Reynolds." So happy that you could not wait for the moment to tell someone outside the immediate circle. People!

Any who... It seems the comedian has what it take to tie the knot with the top of the list choice on the most desired women in entertainment. So I wish the man luck and he better hit me with more movie soon. Maybe a sequel to Waiting I think that it was a riot, and he must have Dane Cook back along with the original cast.

Motherhood is good to Halle

My My how we have ______! She is looking extra full in and I am loving it. If she were married I Would not get to say this, so I only get to say this once. Halle, I still love you and if ever you need anything, such as a back rub, a cheap date on top the empire state, or just someone to talk to I am here. My stepfather game is up and I can handle anything that you throw my way.

Ok now back to reality. It is good to say that Halle is out an about. With Mothers day on the horizon, I grant it that she will be treated well by Gabriel. With her new born bundle of joy, this is perhaps the more joyous of times for the actress.

Well as you can tell she just finished some time at the spa and is heading home, but who cares about that.

The Dogg Father has arrived and he has remixed the song to the daytime soap one life to live. It seems that this guy is taking over just about everything that he can get his hands on. It is good to see him spreading his wings. However I do not know if I can get the idea of mothers singing the Snoop Dogg Version of the one life to live intro. However you never know, but aren't these the same mothers who complain about Gangster Rappers? Then again is Snoop still consider a gangster?

Leeker ::: Common to Star in Upcoming ' Terminator' Film

Common acting career is moving faster than his Rap career and does not appear to be slowing down. He has signed on to co-star in the " Terminator Salvation: The Future Begins" for Halcyon Pictures.

The film is centered around John Connors(Bale), now in his 30's, who is leading what is left of the human resistance against the machines. Our favorite Rapper turned act, "will play a freedom fighter and member of Connors inner circle" as reported by variety.

The film will be directed by television action producer/Director McG. The script comes to us by way of, John D. Brancato & Michael Ferris and Paul Haggis.

If the Sarah Connor Chronicles are any indication to how the (Directors, producers) current mind set is towards looking at the lives of these characters. I think with the extra creative room of major motion pictures, we will see a story that brings out the best in script.

With Dan Lin, Mortiz Borman, Vctor Kubicek, Jeff Silver, Derek Anderson, and Jeanne Allgood producing the film, we should expect this may 2009 release to be a blockbuster heading off next summers major action films as Iron Man has for this summer.

Who is willing to bank on it?

First look ::: Marlon Wayans as Rip Cord in " G.I. Joe "

Now many may not be able to take the "White Chicks" actor serious for the body of work he has done. However falling into the trap of underestimating him is what the studios are banking on. In many cases Marlon Wayans has proven to be the most talented of the brothers, and has the most range. Do not forget his portrayal in "Requiem for a dream" in which he showed dramatic range and true character mix, that only the pros can pull off.

With the film dropping in August 2009, Marlon Wayans has plenty of time to get it going in the right direction, and bringing the action to the real live version of Ripcord. We all know that Ripcord was the comic relief however this is a fictional army movie, so I am sure the characters have to bring the balance of reality to make this a franchise worth watching.

Now I have seen it all. This girl must be high out of her mind and have no clue as to where she is or what she is up to. I take it she will have remorse when she sobers up ten years from now, or while she is sitting in a can somewhere wishing she had taken a different path.

America needs to watch its youth. Things are out of control and no one is doing anything about it.

Block Buster :::: Iron Man has set off the summer Blockbusters

As I have predicted Iron Man was going to be the one to reckon with. It has surpassed expectations and is set to shatter its numbers even further when the final tally comes in. I hate to say it but I told you so.

The fact of the matter is people need to get away and this movie offers that. It helps that Iron Man is a quiet classic. Iron Man offers something other films do not and that is a chance to fight back with imagination and vigor of youth and the mind of innovations. Not to rain on the Marvel Parade but this is something that DC/Warner Bros, will bring us shortly with The Dark Knight. As I have stated before, we all need some place to go and with the economic sting, movies will be that place this summer, it is the least we can do to get away.

With Box Office numbers where they are at this time I expect to see some jaws drop at the amount of revenue this film will generate. So lets support such films. They bring us to looking in the mirror to see what is possible in our own minds and bring back to us, something we have long lost, and that is youth and creativity, something we should have never lost in the first place.

Movie to reconsider ::: Into the blue

Now I am not recommending this movie to you because I think Jessica Alba is hot, but because it offers you the opportunity to begin you summer dreaming. Into The Blue is a brief moment of current day treasure hunting with the innocence of young romance wrapped around the total package of the beautiful islands. You just can not go wrong with this film, if you are making the attempt to begin you summer with that much needed escape from the bricks of the big city and the dry mundane dance in the suburbs.

With Paul Walker, Scott Caan, Jessica Alba, and Tyson Beckford trying his hand at acting, you have an interesting compilation of actors.

So head on over to you local Video store and pick up a copy and begin you summer.
