Spotlights and Bullshit!

I have had my share of attempting to break into Hollywood. I have had small insignificnt roles for the past ten years. However the dude walking across the street in a significant scene is not relevant but to that scene appearing real and authentic. So what do you when you want the Spotlights and Bullshit?
