Someone at Amazon.com does not like Janet Jackson

Allegedly, someone at Amazon, does not like Janet Jackson. They showcased the distastes , by allegedly posting her album up for sale with the words flop in the title Bill of sale. what would lead someone to do this?

From what I have read so far, it seems that an angry fan called the offices at her record label, however someone has yet to do something about it.
