What Beef?

The media is audacious with its ability to hype something beyond what it really is. I have seen this ability placed into the home of all the world. From the US to the UK, the media is a giant the does not sleep, and is far from gentle. In Mass media, special interest stories are a back drop the often over indulged wrongly chronicled bad news and gossip.

However it is nice that for once we have a story that we can move on to the next stage of life. Shawn 'Jay-Z' Carter and Noel Gallagher, end there bore of a feud. Which I think was more about opinions, turned into events that, for some reason people thought mattered, because of the caliber or its perpetrators.

Here is a random thought from Noel Gallagher:

"I’ve hung out with Jay-Z in Tokyo. I’ve seen his show. It’s not
my bag, but it’s all right. We have a mutual friend in Chris Martin. So
I am a guy who doesn’t like hip-hop — shock, horror. I don’t dislike
rappers or hip-hop or people who like it. I went to the Def Jam tour in
Manchester in the ’80s when rap was inspirational. Public Enemy were
awesome. But it’s all about status and bling now, and it doesn’t say
anything to me."
