Wesley Snipes is going through the mill at this point for, you guessed it tax evasion. As we all know this sum is high and it more than enough to feed 12 families for a life time with change left over.

Since being indicted in 2006 the actor sent a legnthy document with his john Hancock, stating that he is a "nonresident alien"of the U.S., refuting his SS # paired with warning that is prosecution persist, it can lead to professional consequences for the federal Employees.

Through out the ranting document to say the lease, it also claims that the IRS deceives people to" Terrorize, enslave, rape, or pillage" the citizen tax payers.

Actor also claims that her has no "Ill Intent or malice" , although he feels that the government has" no lawful authority to impose criminal sanctions."

**IRS Frivolous Return Program senior technical advisor Shauna Henline read excerpts of the document into the record during Snipes' tax evasion trial Thursday at prosecutors' direction.

With a document at such a length other ideas of his came to the table, including, how he feels that the claims against him are "simply false, fraudulent and misrepresenting."

Snipes lawyer Robert Barnes said the actor didn’t intend to threaten anyone.
